A tooth had been bothering her all day, causing discomfort and distraction from her usual domination. As she gazed down at her subjects, a tiny figure caught her eye. As it approached, she could make out its features: it was a doctor, no bigger than her thumb. "I have a toothache," she growled, her voice booming around the room. "And I think you're just the size to take a look."

And with that, he leaned in close and pressed his tiny lips against Sunnie's giant palm, sealing their bargain with a kiss.
