Megan Jones, a towering figure of a woman, leans casually against the kitchen counter, engrossed in a conversation on her phone. She's oblivious to the chaos unfolding around her. Her stepson, once full of confidence and bravado, now shrinks in fear beside her. The bulking pills he'd taken in a desperate attempt to impress his friends had the opposite effect - he's become smaller than ever before.
