Bad Sale
As the salesman approached the first house on his route, he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled in his stomach. It was as if he knew something terrible was about to happen - something beyond his control.
He knocked on the door, his knuckles rapping against the wood in a nervous rhythm. The air grew thick with anticipation, and he couldn't help but feel like he was being watched. Suddenly, the door swung open, revealing a woman with eyes that burned like embers. She was tall, towering over him, and her presence filled the threshold.
"What do you want?" she snarled, her voice deep and menacing. The salesman tried to gather his courage, but it was already too late. Something about her aura made him feel small and insignificant.
As he stammered out an apology for disturbing her, she reached out and grabbed him by the collar, pulling him closer. He could feel the heat emanating from her body, and he couldn't tear his eyes away from her.
"I thought we could make a deal," she purred, her voice taking on a seductive quality that sent shivers down his spine. She leaned in closer, her breath hot on his neck, and he couldn't resist the urge to squirm.
"Make an offer," she whispered, her fingers running down his chest. He hesitated, unsure of what she meant. But before he could ask, she grabbed him with inhuman strength and lifted him off the ground.
In that moment, he knew there was no turning back. As she carried him into her home, he felt himself growing smaller, becoming insignificant. She toyed with him like a child playing with a doll, her gaze never leaving his trembling form.
And then, she opened her mouth. A black abyss of teeth and darkness, swallowing him whole. He felt himself being pulled down, down into the depths of her stomach, where the sounds of her digestion surrounded him.
He was a tiny speck in her massive body, helpless and terrified. But even in his fear, he couldn't deny the thrill that coursed through him. This was a power he had never known before, and it was intoxicating.
As he disappeared from the world, he knew that he would never forget this encounter. The taste of fear, the rush of adrenaline, the overwhelming sensation of being consumed by something much larger than he was. It was a bad sale, indeed.
