As Sara and Pete walked into her apartment, the tension between them seemed to dissipate. They exchanged awkward glances but managed to maintain a casual demeanor. Sara guided him into the living room, where they sat down on opposite ends of a comfortable couch. Rachel sighed deeply, knowing that things were about to get messy.
