As the sun began to set, casting long shadows across the quiet neighborhood, giant Brazilian women could be seen everywhere. They towered over the small houses, their imposing frames casting an intimidating presence. Amongst them was Lua, a stunning brunette with eyes that sparkled like emeralds. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he stuttered, his voice barely audible over the sound of Lua's heartbeat. "It's just... you're so big. And loud. And you scare me."
Lua's eyes widened in surprise at his honesty. For a moment, she considered turning away, leaving him to his fear. But something inside her wouldn't allow it. Instead, she took a step forward, leaning down so that their faces were level. "I understand," she said softly, her voice dropping to a whisper. "But I can't change who I am. All I can promise is that I'll try not to scare you anymore."
With those words, Lua turned and walked away, her giant strides carrying her back towards her own home. She knew that their paths would cross again, but for now, she was content with the knowledge that they might be able to coexist peacefully. As she disappeared from sight, the tiny man watched her go, a mixture of relief and sadness in his eyes. Perhaps there was hope for them after all.
