Giantess Boss, dressed in a sleek, tailored suit, stared down at her miniature construction worker, Joe, with an unmistakable air of frustration. It seemed like every time she looked at her employee's timecard, it was covered in red ink – indicating yet another day off requested by the tiny human.
Taking Matters into Her Own Hands
"Joe," she sighed, leaning against a towering pile of blueprints, "I've had about enough of your work ethic – or lack thereof. You seem to enjoy taking days off so much, don't you?" Her voice was cold and steely, but there was an undercurrent of amusement in her words.
Joe, feeling a knot of dread forming in his stomach, swallowed hard and nodded. He had never been good at hiding his fear from his boss, and he could tell she was onto him. "Y-yes, ma'am," he stammered, his voice barely audible over the pounding of his heart.
A Surprising Proposal
"Well then," she said, straightening up to her full, towering height, "since you seem to like taking off from work so much, why don't I help you take off...from work?" Her eyes glinted with mischief as she watched Joe's face fall. "Permanently."
Joe's heart sank to his knees – or at least it would have, if his knees hadn't been knocking together like castanets. "W-what are you talking about?" he squeaked, his voice quavering with fear.
The Ultimate Punishment
"I'm talking about," she replied, her voice now dripping with sarcasm, "about how much you love taking time off from work. So, why don't I just make it so you never have to come back?" She leaned in close, her towering form looming over him like a dark shadow. "How's that for a punishment?"
Joe gulped audibly, his eyes wide with terror. "B-but...I didn't mean it like that," he managed to stammer. "I just...I don't like being away from my family."
An Unlikely Outcome
"Oh, really?" she said, arching an eyebrow. "Well, it seems like fate has decided to take things into its own hands. You see, there's been a bit of an...accident." She gestured vaguely behind her, and Joe turned to see a massive crane, its long arm extended over his tiny figure, a huge wrecking ball dangling precariously above his head.
His eyes widened in horror as he realized what was happening. "N-no! Please, ma'am, I promise I'll never ask for another day off again!" he cried, scrabbling backwards on the ground, trying to get away from the impending doom.
A Twisted Kind of Mercy
"Oh, Joe," she said, shaking her head sadly. "I was starting to think you had potential. But alas, it seems you're just not cut out for this line of work." She paused, considering her options for a moment. "However," she added, a small smile playing at the corners of her lips, "since you seem to be so...enthusiastic about taking off from work, I suppose I could grant you your wish."
Joe's heart leapt with a mixture of terror and hope. "Wh-what do you mean?" he asked, his voice trembling. "Are you really going to...?"
A Shocking Turn of Events
"Yes, Joe," she replied, her eyes glinting with mischief. "I am really going to help you take off from work...permanently." And with that, she gave the signal, and the wrecking ball came crashing down, engulfing Joe in a cloud of dust and debris. When the smoke cleared, there was nothing left but a small pile of rubble and a single, dust-covered hardhat – the only remnants of Joe's ill-fated attempt at construction work.
And so, the giantess boss stood over her tiny creation, a small smile playing on her lips. "There you go, Joe," she said, her voice echoing through the empty construction site. "You took off from work...and you'll never have to come back."
