A Descent into Exposure Therapy
Dr. Von Lux's Intense Treatment
As you enter Dr. Von Lux's office, your heart races in anticipation of yet another session of exposure therapy. You've been coming to see her for quite some time now, always fearful of the giantess towering before you. Today, however, something feels different. The air is thick with anticipation, and the tension between you and your therapist is palpable.
You take a deep breath, trying to calm your nerves as you wait for Dr. Von Lux to arrive. Your mind wanders, imagining the various shoes she might choose to use in today's treatment. High heels, flip-flops, sneakers—each one sending a shiver down your spine at the thought of being crushed under their weight.
Suddenly, Dr. Von Lux enters the room, her imposing presence casting a shadow over you. She walks towards her desk, her footsteps echoing in your ears like thunder. As she sits down, she looks at you with a softness in her eyes that you've never seen before. "Today," she starts, her voice low and soothing, "we're going to try something different."
Your heart leaps into your throat as she continues. "I want to help you overcome your fear of being stepped on," she says, "and I think exposing you to different types of shoes will help." Your breath hitches in your chest, and you can feel yourself trembling with fear. "But first," she adds, "you need to trust me."
Over the course of the next hour, Dr. Von Lux methodically introduces you to various shoes—from stilettos to sneakers—cautiously placing each one near you. Your heart races with every new addition, but somehow, through her gentle guidance and reassuring words, you find yourself feeling a sense of calm wash over you.
Finally, after what feels like an eternity, Dr. Von Lux turns to grab her notepad and—*squish*—accidentally crushes you beneath her giant hand. The world goes black, and for a moment, all you can feel is a sense of peace washing over you.
As you lie there, crushed and broken, you realize that the fear which once consumed you has finally been extinguished. You may have lost your life in the process, but at least you don't have to live in fear anymore. And so, with a final sigh of acceptance, you surrender to your fate, knowing that your time with Dr. Von Lux has truly been an experience unlike any other.
