Eclipse stepped out of the house, her eyes scanning the backyard for any sign of her tech-savvy brother and his schoolmates. They were supposed to be working on a project together, but she had a feeling something was off. The air was still, and the sun beat down on her bare skin, making her shiver with anticipation.
As she walked towards the makeshift workstation, her gaze fell on an empty patch of grass. Frowning, she knelt down, her fingers tracing the blades of grass. It was then that she noticed the faint whisper of movement beneath her feet. She leaned closer, her breath hitching in her throat as she saw the tiny figures crawling around at her feet.

Her mind reeling, Eclipse glanced down at her feet again, her mouth dropping open in horror. The petites she had seen earlier were nowhere in sight. They had all shrunk! She felt a wave of panic wash over her, but she forced herself to stay calm. She had to find them before it was too late.
