A Goddess's Ire: Disappointing Worshippers' Gifts
As the holiday season drew near, Goddess Aurora prepared for her annual feast day. Her eager worshippers anxiously awaited her arrival, each hoping to impress her with their best gifts. However, when she arrived, she found herself displeased by their offerings. One by one, she dismissed their gifts with a flick of her wrist or a scoff of derision.
The First Disappointment
The first gift to be presented was a beautifully wrapped box, adorned with gold ribbons and bows. Aurora's eyes widened in disbelief as she tore away the wrapping paper to reveal a simple necklace featuring one of her favorite gemstones. She recoiled in disappointment, her disdain for the gift clear in her expression.
The Second Gift
The next gift was equally as underwhelming. A small, velvet-lined box was presented to her, filled with what appeared to be jewelry. However, as she opened the box, she found nothing but a pair of cheap, plastic earrings. Her eyes narrowed in anger, and she slammed the box shut, sending the cheap trinkets flying across the room.
The Goddess's Ire
By this point, Aurora's patience was wearing thin. She rose from her throne, towering over her worshippers with a look of pure disgust. "You think you can just put a bow on yourself and call that a gift?" she spat. "You're not even giving me a proper foot massage!"
With that, she stomped her foot, sending shockwaves through the room. "Gonna smother you with my boobs and feet!" she growled, advancing on her unsuspecting worshippers. One by one, they found themselves pinned beneath her massive form, suffocating under her ample bosom and suffocating beneath her sweaty, stinky feet. Each gasp for air only served to fuel her rage, driving her to new heights of fury.
The Aftermath
When the dust settled, Aurora stood alone in the ruins of her once-grand chambers. She surveyed the scene before her, a satisfied smile playing at the corners of her lips. Her worshippers had learned their lesson: never disappoint a goddess, especially one as powerful and fickle as Aurora herself.
As she turned to leave, she paused for a moment, considering the irony of the situation. In her quest for the perfect gift, she had inadvertently taught her worshippers the most valuable lesson of all: sometimes, the best gift is simply not to give a gift at all.
