Vy secretly tiptoed out of her room, eager to see what Santa had left under the tree. The anticipation was killing her as she crept down the stairs, taking slow, deliberate steps to avoid making any noise. She reached the bottom and paused, her heart racing as she looked around. The living room was bathed in the soft glow of the Christmas lights, casting eerie shadows across the floor. There, under the tree, were the toy cars she had been dreaming about.
A Toy Carnival
She approached the toys, her eyes widening in wonder as she saw the tiny models of cars and buses lined up in front of her. Without any hesitation, she picked up a bright red mini-bus and examined it closely. It was so detailed! She could even see the tiny doors and the windows, all perfectly scaled to fit the tiny figures of... someone?

It felt like she was really cleaning them! After they were all nice and shiny, she lined them up on the counter and took a closer look at her step-parents. They were so tiny!
