Her insatiable appetite sated for now, she couldn't help but relish in the aftermath of her rampage. With every step, her belly rumbled ominously, churning with the remnants of countless fairyboys she had devoured over the past week.
Amidst the ruins, a lone figure caught her eye - a fairy knight, clad in shimmering armor and armed with determination. He approached her hesitantly, his sword shaking in his grasp. The Gassy Giantess smirked, sensing blood in the water. She knew this fairy knight was too late to save his village, but perhaps he could still redeem himself... in her stomach.
"Tell me, fairy knight," she purred, her breath hot against his cheek. "What brings you here?"

The Gassy Giantess chuckled, a deep rumble emanating from her gut. "Too little, too late, my dear knight. I've already devoured every last one of your pathetic friends." She grinned, her teeth glistening with saliva. "But perhaps you can still be a hero. You could jump into my mouth and rescue the remaining fairyboys in my gut."
The fairy knight's eyes widened in disbelief. "Rescue them? From you?"
The Gassy Giantess shrugged nonchalantly. "Or you could fly away like a coward and leave them all to their fate. The choice is yours."
After what seemed like an eternity of indecision, the fairy knight took a deep breath and leapt into the air, aiming for the gaping maw of the Gassy Giantess. She caught him easily, her tongue darting out to taste him before swallowing him whole.
As the fairy knight plummeted into her stomach, the Gassy Giantess let out a satisfied burp, sending shockwaves through her gut. The fairy knight found himself surrounded by a bubbling cauldron of fairyboy stew, his panicked cries muffled by the thick sludge.
