Supergirl (new character) encounters a new villian, a scientist with a shrink/growth ray. The woman uses it to make herself huge, then shrink and eats another innocent lady. Supergirl comes to stop her and is then shrunken by the evil woman. The scientest then tries to make herself giant, but is hit at the last second by tiny supergirl and the growth ray hits Emma. Emma then grows to gigantic size while Karen is freaking out. Supergirl tries to figure out how to shrink her, but ends up making herself huge as well. The 2 giant girls wonder how they are going to get back to normal size until the evil villian makes a mistake...
