Meek to Myth: Chapter 1-9
The comic begins with a close-up of a youthful woman named Lily, her face scrunched up in concentration as she stares intently at her laptop screen. She's a petite 5'2" with delicate features and big, expressive green eyes that dart back and forth between the keyboard and the screen. The room around her is dimly lit, filled with stacks of books and papers that seem to tower over her.
Suddenly, there's a loud knock at the door. Startled, Lily jumps in her seat and almost spills her coffee. She quickly sets down her drink and hastily minimizes her browser tabs before opening the door. Standing outside is a towering woman in a black suit, her imposing figure dwarfing the small apartment building she stands before.
"Is, is everything okay?" Lily stammers, her eyes wide with fear. The woman doesn't respond immediately but simply stares down at her with an unreadable expression. After what feels like an eternity, she finally speaks in a cold, commanding voice.
"You must come with me."
Without another word, the woman extends a gloved hand towards Lily. As she hesitates, the woman's gaze flickers to the laptop screen, where a message has appeared: "Good luck, Lily."
Feeling a mix of curiosity and terror, Lily tentatively takes the woman's hand and is pulled along through the doorway. As she turns around to look back at her small apartment one last time, she notices the books and papers begin to shift and rearrange themselves, forming an oddly familiar shape...
