John's Size Implant Chapter 1
John looked up at the giantess towering above him, feeling an unfamiliar mixture of fear and excitement. He knew this was his last chance to back out, but something inside him urged him forward. He took a deep breath and nodded hesitantly. "I'm ready," he said softly.
"Good," replied the giantess, her voice echoing through the sterile room. She reached down with one enormous hand and grasped his arm firmly. "This won't hurt a bit," she assured him, squeezing gently before leading him towards the operating table. John felt as if he were about to step onto an alien planet as he followed her towards the gleaming metal surface of the table. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest as she helped him lie down, his entire world suddenly shrinking around him. The surgeon, a small figure dwarfed by his surroundings, began to prepare the instruments for the procedure. John tried to keep his eyes fixed on the ceiling, but found himself inexorably drawn back down to the giantess standing over him. She loomed large and powerful, her every movement making the entire room seem to shake. Suddenly, he felt a sharp sting as the anesthesia began to take effect. His vision blurred and he lost focus on his surroundings. The last thing he remembered was the giantess leaning over him, her face looming close, before everything went black. Chapter 2 The next thing John knew, he was waking up in a hospital bed. His head was throbbing, and his body felt strange - heavier than usual, almost unnaturally so. He took a moment to gather his thoughts before sitting up slowly.
He looked down at his chest, noticing for the first time that the sheets were drawn tight across it. A nervous flutter began to build in his stomach as he tentatively reached down to pull them aside. His fingers brushed against something hard and smooth, and he gasped as he realized what it was. His eyes widened in disbelief as he traced the outline of a massive breast - at least twice the size of the ones he was used to. He was stunned into silence by the sheer size of his new body part. It seemed impossible that such a thing could be real. But there it was, firm and unyielding under his touch. Slowly, hesitantly, he reached out and touched the other side. He walked unsteadily towards the mirror, his heart pounding in his chest. The image that stared back at him was nothing short of shocking.
