Endmin Toying With a Rare Human Colony

In a far-off galaxy, the Endmin species roamed the universe with a hunger for knowledge and exploration. Their vast empire spanned across countless systems, and they were known for their intelligence and advanced technology. But even among the stars, there were secrets that only a few dared to seek - such as the rare human colonies hidden away from prying eyes. One such Endmin, curious about these elusive creatures, ventured towards a distant planet rumored to harbor one of these secret colonies.

As the spaceship descended through the atmosphere, the Endmin's anticipation grew. It had been many years since anyone had encountered such a colony, and the information available was scarce at best. The Endmin had studied human biology extensively but knew that there was still so much it didn't understand about these fascinating creatures. As the ship touched down on the lush planet, the Endmin could feel its heartbeat quicken with excitement.

Stepping out of the ship, the Endmin was greeted by a forest teeming with life. The air was thick with the smell of rich earth and growing things, and the sounds of exotic birds and animals echoed through the trees. But there was something else here - something quiet and unassuming, almost as if it were hiding from view. Following its instincts, the Endmin moved deeper into the forest, its long, powerful legs carrying it effortlessly over fallen logs and underbrush.

Suddenly, it heard a sound that sent shivers down its spine - the faint whisper of human voices. The Endmin quickened its pace, following the sound until it emerged onto a small clearing. There, nestled among the trees, was a small human settlement - houses made from hand-hewn logs and topped with thatched roofs. But what caught the Endmin's attention was the group of humans gathered there, their backs turned towards it as they went about their daily business.

The Endmin watched them for a moment, taking in their small stature and delicate features. They were like nothing it had seen before, yet there was something strangely familiar about them. As if sensing its presence, the humans suddenly turned around, their eyes widening in fear at the sight of the massive Endmin towering over them.

"Do not be afraid," the Endmin said in its deep, resonant voice, trying to reassure the humans. "I mean you no harm. I am simply here to observe and learn." But the humans only trembled more, their voices barely audible as they whispered amongst themselves in their native tongue.

Feeling somewhat disappointed by their reaction, the Endmin decided to make its presence known in a different way. With a slow, deliberate movement, it reached down and scooped up one of the smaller humans in its massive hand - a woman with long blonde hair and startled green eyes. The woman let out a shrill scream, but the Endmin merely raised an eyebrow, curious as to why she found this experience so distressing.

"Do not be afraid," it said again, its voice booming in the otherwise quiet clearing. "I am only here to learn about your kind. Please, tell me what you know of humanity." And so began the Endmin's strange conversation with the terrified humans, their words punctuated by the occasional squeal of fear and the thundering footsteps of the towering creature. Despite their fear, the humans tried their best to answer the Endmin's questions, their voices trembling but their determination unwavering.

As the sun began to set over the forest, the Endmin finally grew tired of its game and released the woman, watching as she scurried away back to her village. Looking up at the sky, the Endmin realized that it had spent far too much time on this little adventure. With a heavy heart, it turned around and began the long journey back to its ship, already planning its next expedition to explore the mysteries of the universe.

As it climbed aboard the spaceship and powered up the engines, the Endmin couldn't help but think about the encounter with the humans. They were so fragile and delicate, yet they possessed a strength of spirit that was almost admirable. Perhaps it would return to this planet one day, when it wasn't just curious about them but truly wanted to understand them. For now, though, there were other galaxies to explore and secrets to uncover. And so, with a final glance back at the fading image of the human colony, the Endmin set its course for the next adventure, ready to continue its quest for knowledge and exploration.
