The room was dark, the only light emanating from a single desk lamp. On the desk sat a stack of files, each one representing a potential candidate for the most unique job opportunity in the world. The interviewer, a woman of absolute control and authority, glanced over her notes before leaning back in her chair and steepling her fingers together.
The first candidate entered, their mind reeling with anticipation. They had heard whispers about the mysterious "TOY" position, but little did they know just how deep they would have to delve into their submissive nature.

The interviewer leaned back once again, her expression now one of amusement. "Ah, the old-fashioned way," she said, a hint of nostalgia in her voice. "Well then, it seems you've passed the first test. You're honest, resourceful, and willing to take risks to achieve your goals."
Without warning, the interviewer stood up and approached the candidate. Her movements were calculated, each step a clear indication of her dominance. She stopped just inches from the candidate's face, her gaze unwavering.
"I have a proposition for you," she whispered, her warm breath tickling the candidate's ear. "I'll make you an offer you can't refuse."
Before the candidate could even process her words, they felt a strange sensation wash over them. Their vision blurred, and the room began to spin. When they came to, they were no bigger than a grain of sand, shrunk to an impossibly tiny size.
"Welcome to the TOY position," the interviewer said, her voice now filled with amusement. "You've been chosen because I see something special in you. Something I can mold and shape into the perfect submissive plaything."
