Shrunken colleagues get crushed by giantess
As I stepped into the office, a peculiar feeling of emptiness washed over me. The place was usually buzzing with activity, but today, it was eerily silent. I glanced around, wondering where all my colleagues had disappeared to. Where were the chattering voices, the clicking of keyboards, and the hum of the office machines?
I made my way to my desk, my high heels clicking against the cold floor. As I approached, I noticed something small and shiny on the desk blotter. It was a tiny pair of glasses, the lenses cracked and distorted. A chill ran down my spine as I realized what had happened.
I called out to a colleague, asking if she knew where everyone was. She sounded just as confused as I was. We both knew there should have been at least 50 people in the office, but there was no sign of them.
As I sat down in my chair, I felt something squish beneath me. I looked down and saw a cluster of tiny figures, their faces contorted in fear. They must have been trying to get my attention, but I hadn't noticed them until now. I gasped, realizing the horrifying truth - my colleagues had been shrunken to an incredibly small size.
I stood up, my heart racing. The little figures scattered, some running away from me, others cowering in fear. I couldn't believe what was happening. I took off my shoes, and my nylon-clad feet crushed even more of them. Tears welled up in my eyes as I saw the tiny bodies broken and bruised under my feet.
I knew I had to find out what had happened to them. I started searching the office, my breath catching as I saw more and more of my shrunken colleagues hiding in every nook and cranny. They were everywhere, in groups on the floor, on my desk, even under my office chair.
As I moved through the office, I couldn't help but feel a mix of horror and guilt. I had unknowingly crushed so many of them already - under my ass, my high heels, my sweaty nylon feet. The thought of how many more may have been injured or killed by my actions was unbearable.
This was a nightmare come true, and I was the one causing all the pain and suffering. As I continued my search, I vowed to find a way to help my shrunken colleagues and make up for the damage I had unwittingly caused.
