Following their unwillingness to be vaccinated, a collection of women become host to an ever-mutating virus that grows them to enormous size. Two socialites in particular becoming the prime hosts, infecting every woman around them. Quarantined within a makeshift barrier, these women have made their lavish home amongst the ruins of their city. The abandoned buildings, and more importantly banks, are ripe for the picking for anyone brave or stupid enough to attempt scavenger missions.

One such person is Alice: a tough, former master sergeant-turned-mercenary. Accepting a job from the mysterious Magdha, she leads a team into the zone to retrieve precious cargo - blind to the possibility that she is being used for something far more nefarious.
