"Thank you," he managed to whisper, his voice barely audible in the stillness of the valley.
She nodded, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "You're welcome. Now let's go inside and see what adventures await you."
And with that, she opened the castle doors, revealing a world of wonder and possibility that he could have never imagined. As they stepped inside, he looked up at her one last time, feeling a strange mix of fear and excitement coursing through him.
