Emma expects the people of the world to bow down before her, accepting her obvious superiority. She tries to command a crowd of people, but they run from Emma, disobeying Emma's words. Emma chases the crowd down and stomps them in a fit of impotent rage. But when Emma sits down and snacks on a survivor, her food gives her an idea. Instead of trying to get the masses to obey, why not focus her energy on those who can enforce her will? After feeding the survivor to Ingrid, Emma heads over to the police station. The police mount a last-ditch battle, but they're powerless against the giantess. Emma takes one step into the police station, and stomps down. Her heel flattens a police car, and the impact sends the nearby cops flying through the air. The rest of the police turn and run away, but that victory isn't enough for Emma. She doesn't just want to beat them, she wants them to obey. And so Emma turns her attention to the people in charge: the police chief, and the head of the police union. One of them will become Emma's loyal servant... and the other will become her snack.
