Corneo hesitated, unsure if he should trust her. But as he looked into her eyes, he saw the promise of power and control that he craved. With a nod, he agreed to her terms.

Tifa let out a satisfied sigh, her dominance over the situation complete. "Good," she said, her voice echoing through the quiet slum. "Now let's go make this city ours."
